Any visit to our website and any request for a file located on our server are recorded, i.e. every access to a web page, image etc. is automatically recorded in a so-called log-file.

This is done for internal and statistical purposes, but also to register any eventual assaults made by Spam-Bots or other malicious software, to confront them and if needed to be able to prosecute them.

The following data are logged: The name of the requested file, date and time of the request, transferred amount of data, a notice for successful fetches, browser used and requesting domain. In addition, your IP address is logged.

The above-mentioned log-files are deleted after one year.

During your visit to our website, a temporary cookie is set, which contains the so called PHP-Session-ID. You may deny this cookie with your browser settings. This cookie is not used to obtain user profiles and is automatically deleted when you leave the site.

Additional personal information is only registered, when you provide us with those voluntarily, i.e. during an inquiry or request.

As far as you´ve provided us with personal information, we will only use this data to answer your inquiry or request, to process contracts with you and for technical administration.

You have the right to withdraw your approval, taking effect in the future, at an time. This however does not exclude sharing personal information with government institutions (e.g. law enforcement agencies) as far as European or German laws require this.

Your personal information is deleted, when you withdraw your approval, when the knowledge of this information is not necessary anymore for the purpose it was obtained, or otherwise if the storage is forbidden for any lawful reasons.

We do our best to protect your personal information, by taking all possible organizational and technical measures so that it can´t be accessed by a third party. We cannot guarantee any protection of information when communicating over e-mail so therefore we suggest sending confidential information through regular mail.
