There is a newly created recreation room available in the Walter-May-Haus (open daily 4 p.m. to 10 p.m.). Here you can watch broadcast stations from your own country and socialize with other residents.

Dishes package
For residents who are unable to bring their own dishes along, we offer a dishes package. Prices and conditions upon request.
Barbecue grill areas WMH
To relax after a stressful day you can use the barbecue grill area at the Walter-May-Haus (roof terrace). The grill areas can be leased by putting down a deposit. Contact the responsible customer advisor on-site.

In the Ernst-Reuter-Haus (old building) the concierge is there 24-hours, around the clock, for your security. He also takes on other services like: -Holding your mail and packages, - Reserving tickets, -Gives sightseeing tips -Taxi call and much more ...

All our houses offer broadband internet connection that can be booked directly with concierge for a monthly price.

Every house has its own laundry facilities with coin-operated washers and dryers. The laundry room is open and usable 24 hours.
